Placeholder rental agreement — replace with your own. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Check-in 3 pm, check-out 11 am. No parties or events. Quiet hours follow Vista Mar building rules. A refundable security deposit is held against damage. Guests must follow all building regulations and are responsible for their party's conduct.
