Vista Mar Jaco Condo 4D

Condo 4D is an independently owned unit in the Vista Mar building in Jaco. It has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, sleeps up to six, and sits on the 4th floor with views over town toward the Pacific. Jaco Beach is about a two-minute walk away.

With three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, there's room for families and groups to spread out. The living and dining area connects to a full kitchen, and the in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack light. Air conditioning keeps the condo comfortable on hot afternoons.

Who Condo 4D suits

Families like the separate bedrooms and the kitchen for easy breakfasts before the beach. Groups of friends come for surf trips, sportfishing out of Los Sueños or a week of exploring the central Pacific coast. Remote workers appreciate the Wi-Fi and the quiet of a residential building, with the town's cafés a short walk away when they want a change of scene. Because the condo is in central Jaco, most guests park the car on arrival and walk to the beach, dinner and the shops for the rest of the stay.

A typical day at Vista Mar

Start with coffee and fresh fruit from the market, then walk down to Jaco Beach for a surf lesson or a swim while the water is calm. Spend the hot middle of the day by the community pool or back in the cool of the A/C, and head out again for sunset on the sand. Dinner is a short stroll away — or cook a fresh catch in the full kitchen. Day trips to Carara National Park, Playa Hermosa or a waterfall tour are easy to arrange from here.

Rates

A cleaning fee of $150 and 13% tax apply, plus a refundable security deposit of $300. Pay 50% to reserve and the balance 30 days before arrival. Booking direct saves 10% compared with booking-site prices.
